Within 14 days of the product Receive date you may return defective or damaged condition or when a different product than what you ordered was incorrectly sent to you for products purchased at home-mex.com’s store for a full refund of your purchase price. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging with all included parts. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

 

Product exchanges are only available for products that you received in a defective or damaged condition or when a different product than what you ordered was incorrectly sent to you.

 

Shipping and handling is non-refundable on product returns under the 14 Day Return Policy, unless you received a damaged product or the wrong product was sent to you, in which case we will also pay the return shipping cost.

 

Return of products to home-mex requires prior approval by contact us.

 

Please not that there are a few certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:

 

1- Return request is made outside the specified time frame, of 14 days from delivery.
2- Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
3- Specific categories like inner wear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies etc.
4- Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
5- Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
6- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
7- Anything missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
8- Fragile items, hygiene related items.

 

The items that can not be returned are:

 

Clearance items clearly marked as such and displaying a No-Return Policy
When the offer notes states so specifically are items that cannot be returned.

Lingerie
Socks
Software
Music albums
Books
Swimwear
Beauty & Fragrances

Please note that at the moment, the item can be returned to us only though one of our assigned courier services.

 

In case of accepting the refund :

 

1- Pack the items along with a copy of the receipt securely in a box.

 

2- Our courier services will pickup the shipment from your address within 3 working days please give him this info in order to done the pickup :

3- Once order picked up your should contact us again to give us pickup tracking code and your refund details.

 

4- Refund process will take about 7 working days after your give us the shipment number and your refund details.

 

5- After we receive the order at our warehouse and checked, refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

 

In case of payment was made with credit/debit card, the payment will be refunded to the original card used for paying the order.

 

In case of cash, refund will made by one of those ways :

 

A. Bank transfer to any bank located in Egypt, we will need your bank Details ( Account Owner Name – Account Number – any other details regarding deposits that your bank asks for ).

 

B. Egypt Post office deposit we will need your ( Egyptian Id Number – Full Name your first 4 names typed in your Egyptian ID )

 

C. Smart Wallet Transfer as ( Vodafone Cash – Orange Money – Etisalat Cash – … etc ).

 

D. Phone Recharge – Bill Payment – or any payment we can pay VIA ( Fawry – Aman ).

 

6- Refunds that less than 100EGP only refunded by Section C or D above.

 

7- Once Refund are done you will be notified by phone call , SMS , Whats-app or Messenger within 48 working hours .

 

8- Note that Bank or Post Office Refunds are made online so there will be no receipts for the transaction and we will be not able to send any receipts to you.
